This is usually because you have lost/forgotten your login/password
The first thing you need to understand is the difference between a Student Account login/password and those for Online Campus. Read this info which explains the difference
Your login is your Student ID
You set up your own password.
- Was it uppercase (in caps) or lowercase?
- Are you spelling/typing it in corrrectly?
Your login is your Student ID
You were initially set up with a password the same as your Student ID
- Did you change it (you should have)?
- Is it the same as your Student Account password?
- Are you spelling/typing it in corrrectly?
Because they are 2 very different systems, Student account and Online Campus problems are dealt with by 2 different Institute teams.
If you have a problem logging into a Student Account, ask your teacher/librarian for assistance. They will contact IT Services if necessary.
