Having troubles logging in?

This is usually because you have lost/forgotten your login/password

The first thing you need to understand is the difference between a Student Account login/password and those for Online Campus. Read this info which explains the difference

Student Account
Your login is your Student ID
You set up your own password.

  • Was it uppercase (in caps) or lowercase?
  • Are you spelling/typing it in corrrectly?

Online Campus
Your login is your Student ID
You were initially set up with a password the same as your Student ID

  • Did you change it (you should have)?
  • Is it the same as your Student Account password?
  • Are you spelling/typing it in corrrectly?

Still can't get in?

Because they are 2 very different systems, Student account and Online Campus problems are dealt with by 2 different Institute teams.

If you have a problem logging into a Student Account, ask your teacher/librarian for assistance. They will contact IT Services if necessary.

If you have a problem logging into Online Campus, you can contact the eLearning team helpdesk on elearning@egtafe.vic.edu.au

Please note that this help desk is only able to offer assistance Mon-Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm.
