What is the difference between a Student Network Account and an ONLINE CAMPUS login?

Student Network Accounts are necessary only to save your work and to access the internet. If you only work from home you don't need one.

Online Campus provides two levels of entry - a generic area that doesn't need a login/password and the myCourses area that does.

Because they are two very different systems, Student account and Online Campus problems are dealt with by two different Institute teams.

If you have a problem logging into a Student Account, ask your teacher or librarian for assistance. They will contact IT Services if necessary.

If you have a problem logging in to Online Campus, you can contact the eLearning team helpdesk on elearning@egtafe.vic.edu.au. Please note that this help desk is only able to offer assistance Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm.
