Important parking info for Bairnsdale students

The Institute is buzzing with staff and students which is great to see, however there seems to be a lot of vehicles parking incorrectly both in Institute car parks behind Bld 5 and the rear carpark Riverine St and in council parking zones front car park in the service road.

Please note that the area between Bld 7 and Bld 3 is NOT a car parking area and vehicles should not be parked in this area. We need to leave access for disabled parking and courier access.

Facilities will be placing warning stickers on vehicles found parking outside of parking bays/areas.

We know parking at times is at a premium; however it is possible you will be fined by the shire, if you park illegally around the Institute car parks or in front of businesses with 2 hr parking restrictions in place.

I would ask you please observe the parking restrictions that are in place on campus and surrounds. Please draw your student’s attention to this matter.
